Join the Flex Campaign!

The payoff for workplace flexibility is clear! And Corporate Voices is leading a national campaign to help the business community understand those business and employee benefits for a flexible workplace. WFC Resources has joined the Corporate Voices Partner Coalition to help recruit "Business Champions" to this campaign.

You too can join the select group of best-practice corporate leaders that recognize flexibility as a critical strategy to ensure success in the global economy. Corporate Voices, its Partner Coalition, and Outreach Partners are now reaching out to the business community to seek its support in signing the Statement of Support for Expanding Workplace Flexibility. By signing the Statement of Support, businesses will express their support for flexibility principles in their organizations and in the wider business community.

National Family Caregivers offers new program

Dear HR Professional:

How many of your employees are struggling to balance life

and work as they care for a disabled child, sick spouse, or

aging parent?

According to recent research, 31.2%* of US households report at least one person functioning as

a family caregiver. Chances are many of your own employees are among them – striving to do a

good job at work while struggling to manage doctor appointments, insurance issues and the

physical and emotional needs of their loved ones. The financial and physical toll on these

caregivers can be overwhelming.

NFCA’s new webinar series helps you help them. Plus, the knowledge and skills employees gain

from the webinar can also help your business by reducing stress and improving the concentration

of employees who care for chronically ill or disabled loved ones.

Communicating Effectively with Healthcare Professionals is the first webinar in the NFCA series,

and you can bring it to your employees — any time they choose, online and on-demand —

during a two-week period for pennies per employee.

With this webinar, you will help employees gain new control over everything from routine doctor

visits to emergency crises. Even employees who do not care for disabled or chronically ill loved

ones will value the guidance and ready-to-use checklists for working more closely with healthcare

providers.
