workplace flexibility. It will give them a process for building a flexible workplace
that maximizes employees' and organizational effectiveness. You'll discuss specific
examples of practices in the Workplace Flexibility category and gain a solid
understanding of why an organization would implement these practices. On the
third morning, an optional certification exam covers the content of this course.
